"This is hands-down the most enjoyable yoga course I've watched online. Sian is warm and accessible, and all of the poses and meditations were easy to do....it was nice not to feel intimidated...I'd recommend this course" Kris, Udemy

The Power of Yoga

You don't need a perfect body or mind to be able to practice yoga. There are a wide range of techniques and practices.  Sometimes you may want to develop strength, at others, you may need quiet and calm.  Unlike normal exercise, yoga also supports a healthy mind.  Practices assist in building concentration, developing positive imagery and supporting release of mental stress and tension.  Our signature "Yoga for Health" course provides an excellent foundation, is free to access on Udemy and can help build your knowledge and confidence.

Some yoga poses can appear challenging but did you know that with time and practice, bit by bit the body starts to adjust.  The body loves care and attention and starts to open up naturally without any need for force.
